Customer Service Coordinator
Department – Commercial | Location – Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Customer Service Executive in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Must be from a Shipping / Freight Forwarding background.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding.
- Background in Shipping/Freight Forwarding is mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal & computer skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Sales Executive

- Work under pressure and provide effective solutions.

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding.
- Shipping/Freight Forwarding background is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Ports & Customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
